Group hypnosis classes are guided sessions into a state of focused relaxation. We use techniques like visualization, positive suggestion, tapping, and more, to help participants address common goals like overcoming limitations, stress relief, confidence building, habit change, etc.
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused awareness, and you remain in control the entire time. I find that through this work we gain more control instead of the common misconception that we may loose control.
The state of hypnosis feels like a deeper meditation. It is a state that almost everyone can enter as long as they are willing to participate and follow the guidance. It’s similar to daydreaming or being absorbed in a good book—just a state of deep focus and relaxation. -
The sessions will last about 90 minutes. You can expect a brief introduction of the week’s topic, a guided hypnosis experience, and a wrap-up discussion to reflect on your insights or ask questions.

You’ll need a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. A pair of headphones or a good sound setup enhances the experience and a stable internet connection.
No prior experience is necessary. The sessions are designed to be accessible and effective for everyone, regardless of their background with hypnosis, mediation or other practices. -
Group hypnosis is a powerful and effective approach to personal transformation. Each session is thoughtfully crafted, drawing on insights from years of one-on-one client work. The topics are adapted and refined to resonate within a group setting, ensuring a collective yet personalized experience.
For very specific issues, one-on-one sessions might be more tailored, but many people find great success and enjoyment in the group dynamic.
